To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平日放假去玩，路過I SQUARE又突然想飲茶，於是就試吓呢間茶樓。原本我們並沒有對這間酒樓抱住很大期望的，因為只打算在附近簡簡單單吃一餐，事前知道這間酒樓屬集團式經營，應有一定水準，便試一試，想不到這間酒樓的環境跟食物都很不錯。據了解，這間酒樓是跟樓上一層的彩福屬同一集團經營，兩間酒樓都是可清楚望到維港海景，應該主要是做婚宴的。食品價格在香港的酒樓來說大概屬於中上級數吧，但我認為這價錢合理，因為我們吃的點心及炒粉麵，味道及用料都相較一般酒樓好及精緻。加上又有商場高層靚海景，整體性價比很好，值得推介。唯海景枱不多，要望海景需要訂枱。
