同個舊同事都係7月生日,所以每年都會約埋一齊慶祝,今次揀咗南北小廚(理工大學嘅餐廳),知道佢嘅小菜同素菜做得唔錯(我舊同事主要食素菜 ),而且價錢又實惠,所以就嚟試下。點咗個海鮮蝦仁羹、一個雜菌炒伊麵、一碟炒齋菜同埋炸豆腐...基本上我見每一台都有嗌呢個椒鹽炸豆腐,因為真係做得好好食,裏邊豆腐超級滑但外皮香脆!另外海鮮蝦仁羹裏邊好足料,裏面有大量蝦仁同魚肉,唔使另外落胡椒粉同鹽都好夠味,非常鮮甜! 至於什菌炒伊麵同埋齋菜都做得好食,一來佢唔油,同時食得出食材嘅鮮味,不過係腐竹同生根有少少偏鹹...我見呢間餐廳好快就滿座,我諗係因為價錢相宜,食物質素又好有關,下次要再嚟幫襯!
