To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一早起身去左一個舒心暢快嘅地方慢活一整個上午。返到市區,已到下午茶時間,所以來個late lunch。🫘雪菜肉絲米+蒜蓉多士 配紅豆冰 $28雪菜肉絲米看似無味的,但雪菜嘅咸味配上淡淡的米粉剛剛好,而且米粉熟度好適合我,唔太硬,亦唔會腍啤啤。多士亦有誠意,最令我驚喜係杯紅豆冰,紅豆足料而且腍,唔會好甜,整個餐有種剛好嘅感覺,滿足。🫘豬扒腸仔蕃茄烏冬 配紅豆冰 $27豬扒大細適中,肉質嫩腍,蕃茄湯底濃,同烏冬好夾。下午茶下午兩點開始,發現好多嘢食選擇,而且價錢相宜,份量適中,所以好低食。

雪菜肉絲米看似無味的,但雪菜嘅咸味配上淡淡的米粉剛剛好,
而且米粉熟度好適合我,唔太硬,亦唔會腍啤啤。多士亦有誠意,最令我驚喜係杯紅豆冰,
紅豆足料而且腍,唔會好甜,整個餐有種剛好嘅感覺,滿足



🫘豬扒腸仔蕃茄烏冬 配紅豆冰 $27
豬扒大細適中,肉質嫩腍,蕃茄湯底濃,同烏冬好夾。



下午茶下午兩點開始,發現好多嘢食選擇,而且價錢相宜,份量適中,所以好低食。
