今晚去咗寶琳食飯,間餐廳叫四點金,主打潮州嘢。坐低見到佢有好多套餐,睇落幾抵食。我哋叫咗一個晚市孖寶,有半隻貴妃雞拼菜圃煎蛋。隻貴妃雞外皮非常之薄,雞皮又爽又脆,雞肉好嫩滑又多汁,外皮有少少鹽醃過,所以似鹹雞嘅味道。菜圃煎蛋上枱睇得出係心思之作,蛋餅嘅顏色煎得好金黃,唔會太燶,加埋菜圃嘅鹹香,非常之有家鄉風味。之後叫咗一個鮮魷炒通菜,加一蚊仲會送一碟韭菜豬紅。通菜上碟都好大碟,足三至四人份量,魷魚傳統式刀功有界花,通菜炒得好香濃又有鑊氣。一蚊嘅豬紅都幾大碗,唯一缺點係韭菜少咗一點,豬紅滷水之後非常之入味,食得出幾新鮮,冇腥味,送酒應該唔錯。埋單$380兩個人來講食得都幾豐富。其實見到佢仲有一啲二人套餐,不過份量菜式非常多,擔心食唔晒,下次叫食量大D嘅朋友嚟,一定會試吓!
