To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🌟 鯊鯊包（蕃薯餡）鯊鯊包係獨立用一個細細紙托盤裝住，比我預期細隻好多，只有掌心咁上下大。QQ 版嘅鯊魚造型，可能因為熱潮已過，已經冇咁多人搶住要試，瑕疵比較多，同埋好多位都已經焗燶咗，不過都可以仲搵到啲角度，影出黎都係好可愛嘅。 包身嘅口感覺得比較硬，鯊魚旗仲焗到好似炸過咁脆口，都係可能放得太耐，入面比較乾。味道方面，蕃薯餡好彩唔太甜，正常水平，量適中。🌟 蛋撻新地其實入面並未冇雞蛋類嘅餡，只係用曲奇蛋撻皮直接唧咗啲新地雪糕。都可以算係唔用甜筒嘅時候嘅創新。味道方面，唔太大期望，新地同蛋撻正常發揮。🌟蜜汁烤腸配蔬菜薯餅應該唔會得我一個人覺得烤腸嘅外皮硬得黎超脆，非常之有咬口。配埋個薯餅食，希望可以好似食得健康啲😆。 薯餅配埋大大粒脆皮腸，兩樣都加勁多茄汁芥末，呢個都係ikea必食之一。🌟汽水無他嘅，因為可以無限添飲呀👍🏻👍🏻下次都係食返熱狗配汽水，性價比高啲😬
