配合天氣溫度才感冬天終來到,與朋友吃飯,總想起火鍋,就來個方便,就脚,任食,時間長一點的吧!旺角區,2.5小時,每人也不用$200, 大家回家也方便!上次任吃火鍋因是肚餓,這次是想吃多些種類。醬料架侍應拿給我們自己選取,芝麻醬,沙茶醬,紅椒粒,蒜蓉 ....泰國椰子雞鍋有椰子肉,雞肉,紅蘿蔔與粟米,有椰水的清甜味,也有輕輕的肉味,雖不算突出,百多元連湯底,食物,飲品也包在內,其他食物質數也OK,已滿足了。手切肥牛每轉來的都不錯,灼一灼轉色便吃,很腍呀!海蝦今晚每轉都點蝦,吃第一隻時怎麼不覺有甜味,第二,三,四隻 ...新鮮又甜。花膠仔灼了15分鐘才吃,因我們想 "腍腍腍" 一點。墨魚滑入口Q彈,朋友也說 OK。時日推介海鮮 - 蜆蜆殼微開後,灼多一分鐘吃,時間剛剛好。
