To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經理質素有待改善 食物無問題

今日屋企人嚟咗搵我食晏，就去咗茶木度食。叫咗個小食拼盤，有鹽酥雞 花枝丸同台式香腸。呢個拼盤都幾抵食，因為三樣嘢都係我哋鍾意嘅。不過佢個台式香腸就同平時嗰啲好似有啲唔同，但係加埋蒜都好好食今次我就叫咗個紅燒半筋半肉麻辣拌麵個人嚟講幾鍾意食拌麵，佢今次個麻辣都真係有啲辣嘅佢唔係味道上嗰種辣，而係氣味上嗰種辣另外仲嗌咗一個餐，不過唔記得咗叫咩名佢啲嘢食其實都OK嘅，但係我覺得個用餐體驗就唔係太好因為有個經理(?)嘅人不斷好大聲同另一位員工講是非，而且係成餐飯由頭到尾一個鐘都keep住講。我覺得呢啲嘢，或者對於某啲員工不滿，可以私底下講，唔需要喺工作時間上不斷討論呢件事

佢啲嘢食其實都OK嘅，但係我覺得個用餐體驗就唔係太好

因為有個經理(?)嘅人不斷好大聲同另一位員工講是非，而且係成餐飯由頭到尾一個鐘都keep住講。我覺得呢啲嘢，或者對於某啲員工不滿，可以私底下講，唔需要喺工作時間上不斷討論呢件事
