信德有兩間拉麵店,一間元祖級《味千拉麵》,另一間就係《綠屋》,綠屋主打蝦湯底,唔係用樱花蝦扮蝦湯底,真係用蝦頭熬煮,所以湯底非常濃郁,另外,我極力推薦坐bar枱,真係會有視覺同嗅覺雙重享受。🥢套餐 $123 x2 ⭐️⭐️⭐️味噌蝦濃湯拉麵+乳酪蝦多士+檸檬柚子蜜味噌蝦濃湯拉麵+炸日本赤蝦+原味乳酸梳打(+$5)阿sir食過幾次,首選一定係人氣一番嘅味噌蝦濃湯,拉麵一上枱已經聞到香濃蝦味,入口更濃郁,櫻花蝦係錦上添花,而拉麵我就覺得質感一般,有即食拉麵feel,加埋湯同叉燒一齊食還可接受,至於叉燒,只得一塊,味道同口感都普通無特別,整體而言係只得湯底有驚喜。小食方面,蝦多士真係有啲流,蝦膠太少食唔出味道;而赤蝦就大推,蝦味濃一口size又剛好,蝦頭蝦殼炸得香脆,勁正!二人共消費:$251

阿sir食過幾次,首選一定係人氣一番嘅味噌蝦濃湯,拉麵一上枱已經聞到香濃蝦味,入口更濃郁,櫻花蝦係錦上添花,而拉麵我就覺得質感一般,有即食拉麵feel,加埋湯同叉燒一齊食還可接受,至於叉燒,只得一塊,味道同口感都普通無特別,整體而言係只得湯底有驚喜。
