To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

The ramen has: thinly sliced Japanese-style Char siu🍖, black fungus slices and spring onion as default toppings. It is considerate that they can tailor make your ramen’s broth, ramen and toppings according to your own tastes.👍🏻The noodles is thin, which is not my cup of tea, yet it is still springy and soaks up the essence of the broth🍜👌🏻. •翠玉拉麵 Green King
個湯底其實係用大量新鮮羅勒葉🌿、芝士🧀、橄欖油撈入OG嘅豚骨湯到,令到湯底形成綠色💚🤣。比係OG,多咗一份清新感,沒咁油膩🤌🏻。朋友仲加咗溏心蛋,佢話好食喎~🥚

The broth is the same OG broth mixes with huge amounts of fresh herbs🌿, cheese🧀 and olive young, to give it a green colour💚🤣. Compare to the prior one, this has extra refreshment and less greasy. 🤌🏻My friend said the egg was perfectly cooked til half runny~🥚
