To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

友人說早前曾看千兩綠茶雪糕糯米糍食法的影片吸引，特地連忙拉着我來試試。小妹本來並不是特別的綠茶控，因食落有點苦，但被周邊的同事受影響，漸漸對綠茶稍有好感。今天試的綠茶雪糕糯米糍，價錢其實有點貴，不過一試無妨。薄身的糯米糍皮，包着綠茶雪糕。糯米糍來到時，起初不知怎樣入手，幸好看過影片的友人，立即指點如何分切糯米糍，要不然就糟糕了。我們將綠茶粉再額外加進皮上，提升味道，再分切糯米糍。雪糕清甜，帶點微苦，綠茶味尚算濃。惟只覺得味道沒想像般出色，試一次便足夠了。
