To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 寫喜喜的雞批浮台好像有點老套,知道喜喜的都應該聽過/食過吧,但這浮台的確屢屢是我們進去的原因。說懷舊,感覺舊舖電影院般裝修更懷舊,但這裡仍是有心思的地方,仿紅van座位、大丸招牌、南華locker,雖然未至於專誠來打咭,但都沒法專心食物上,總是發現要拿電話出來拍一拍的位置。雞批浮台 $39令人喜惡分明的綠豆蓉湯裡浮著氣定神閒的雞批。雞批內藏馬鈴薯、粟米、雞肉,對牛油味不甚喜好如我,覺得加上綠豆蓉湯才剛剛好平衝到。感覺湯好像沒以往的濃稠蛋撻 $9酥皮蛋撻B仔鴛鴦 $22舊舖有位好親切的店員教我們B仔鴛鴦有三個飲法,攪溶棉花糖,唔攪,攪一半。無論點飲,都係夠甜嘅今次我們沒看到有雞批的餐,所以幾樣都是單點,感覺無咁抵。不過在這裡慢慢坐慢慢吃沒人催交枱,感覺良好。

令人喜惡分明的綠豆蓉湯裡浮著氣定神閒的雞批。雞批內藏馬鈴薯、粟米、雞肉,對牛油味不甚喜好如我,覺得加上綠豆蓉湯才剛剛好平衝到。
感覺湯好像沒以往的濃稠
