To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經常看到洋紫荊號在維港中航行, 但從來也未上過, 今次藉住有團購優惠, 就膽粗粗去試下啦我係七點幾上船的那一批人, 一上船發覺環境尚算唔錯, 坐得幾舒服, 有大玻璃窗可以看到夜景拿食物的地方也頗大, 即使同時好多人一去拿食物也不覺得迫最好食的有青口和煙三文魚, 其次係烚牛脷和香腸, 另外燒牛肉, 煎石班也不錯熟食都有幾多選擇, 甜品方面也不遑多讓, 最好食的是芒果慕斯蛋糕和即整PANCAKE野食算係合格有餘啦, 不過加埋有個頂層可以睇下夜景, 影下相, 吹下海風, 都值個好評啦
