又到12月係時候約契爺提早做冬,到Isquare 吃中菜最適合不過,仲可以一邊欣賞維港一邊享受美食。酒樓位於Isquare 24樓,居高臨下,景色特別賞心悅目,而且還可以看到幻彩詠香江,聖誕燈飾,非常有節日氣氛。地方濶落空間感十足,裝橫光猛富麗。餐牌選擇都幾多,小菜、燒味,樣樣都有,真的令人眼花撩亂。雲腿蝦多士(6件)蝦多士以吉列方式即炸而成,入口新鮮熱辣,面層有原隻大蝦,而且還有蝦肉打成的蝦膠,中間夾住一小片雲腿,咸香味俱全,令到整體多了一份濃香鮮味。紅酒燴牛尾牛尾經過長時間的燉煮,令其裡面的膠質釋放,讓湯汁有如勾芡一般晶亮濃稠,在熬煮後,肉會變得軟嫩又多汁,搭配配菜胡蘿蔔、芹菜、洋蔥等,釋放蔬菜的自然甜味,再加上紅酒與各種香料配搭,熬出來的牛尾味道醇厚甘甜,膠質豐富。Xo醬西蘭花炒帶子帶子鮮嫩軟滑,生熟程度剛剛好,西蘭花爽脆清甜,新鮮翠綠,加上香辣可口的XO醬調味,惹味又香口。
