To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

搭渡海小輪就試得多，在維港渡海輪食自助餐也是第一次。心情有一點緊張，上船之後，看見一台一台，就好像去識婚宴一樣。好多人，會不會唔夠嘢食呢？答案是否定的。好多嘢食，不用驚。主要有炒粉麵類、不同的肉類、燒嘢食、生果類、糖水 和 甜品。炸蠔、煙三文魚、青口、龍蝦仔、新鮮海蝦。雖然這些是非常多人鍾意吃的，由於供應不斷，沒有拿不到的情況。串燒雞皮，健康指數一半，但係十分美味。甜品，對我來說，一向都不是最重要。但係這裏竟然有超過十幾款甜品，真是不錯。同場加映，香港維港景色，目不暇給。還可以到船的甲板看風景。
