很久之前和朋友去過“張公館”晚膳,質素不俗。今晚決定帶老公去試吓,看看能否保持水準。個人特別喜歡這間酒樓空間感大,可飽覽維港景色。🍅話梅汁番茄仔番石榴~味道酸酸甜甜得來又有少少咸,開胃小食。🐔川式麻辣雞軟骨~老公見到餐牌上有“麻辣”兩字即雙眼發光,我當然樂意奉陪。點菜時,服務員亦很貼心告訴我不要被菜名嚇怕,其實只是少辣。果然如酒樓所言,雞軟骨香辣度適中,配搭青椒,紅椒和洋蔥,十分惹味。🫕羊肚菌姬松茸竹笙北菇燉湯~燉湯足料,鮮味滋潤。🦐上湯牛油大蝦球煎脆米粉底~米粉煎得香脆可口,好像吃薄脆一樣。蝦球大大隻,肉質爽口彈牙。🍮桂花五色糕~非常驚喜的甜品!有別於坊間常見的桂花糕,這道糕點分別有五層,包括木瓜、芒果、椰汁,火龍果及桂花。五重口感,五種滋味,顏色繽紛之餘味道亦滿分。
