To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然識既日子不太耐,而且呢年半要成日搬"屋" (虛擬世界),但感情好好,難得各網友(廿到卅尾都有) 有空而不劈酒,昨晚最後地點左CWB 太食餐飯,吹下水,有甜有乾(相反) 兼麻甩既話題/笑話,整左個十二人套餐,除左啤酒或汽水係一人一罐外,送菜與去飲幾乎一模一樣。首先係乳豬拼盤,佐料齊全,但係薑蓉冇葱;第二度居然係魚翅羹,我常試落辣椒醬,另有一番姿味,第三度係炸亡果沙律卷,裡面唔係太熱,不錯兼香口外表唔林。第四度就係燕菜同埋髮菜,外圍有節瓜釀瑤柱,仲要俾佢地取笑(見過我既人會明白);第五度係龍蝦仔配伊麵底,龍蝦仔隻隻有肉,麵底既味有的似即食麵,的麵凍左都冇起章湖,算係咁。第六度及第七度分別係帶子鮮魷配西蘭花及蒸海上鮮一條,中庸啦;尾三係乳鴿四隻切件上碟,食唔曬;尾二係生炒糯米飯,唔係好記得點唯之叫做炒得好食,但至少感覺唔會蒸完再炒,最後以功夫茶KO 左。這個套餐以1998 埋單,冇加一,貴係貴左少少同埋冇dessert,但以質素同埋目的又會覺得物有所值。
