To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食午飯的地方有時真的不想花時間去想，如自己沒有心水的話，三大連鎖快餐店就是見標之一，通常也不會細心考量，一向也只是隨意而行，今次走進大家樂，也是「就腳」而矣。午餐有很多選擇，正心大心細之時，看到有免治牛肉飯，湧起一陣陣緬懷感，因為記得小時選擇沒有現在多得千奇百趣，窩蛋免牛飯就成為午飯常客。故此，就要了一碟煎蛋蕃茄免治牛肉飯（$27），免治牛肉做得頗為惹味，又帶有蕃茄的酸香，沒有了窩蛋，改以煎蛋形式，確是較窩蛋衛生安全一點的。另外，加$6可配至COOL冰冰特飲，就是因為看中了雪糕涼粉紅豆冰，又是兒時去冰室至愛，大大杯的，紅豆多多，涼粉卻只有少少，可是雪糕溶得很快，不過，還是覺得非常抵飲，好味！
