To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐無食米線, 今晚特登黎食。2個人叫左個套餐$40, 要左糊ma 小辣。個套餐d 送又少左啦, d 酸菜變左碎濕濕, 魚旦, 牛丸全都縮晒水呀. bad ar!今次第1次食小辣, 本來都ok 接受到, 但係愈食愈辣, 食到噴火呀! 不過又唔知點解愈食愈想食哦!另外叫左個新出口水雞, 雖然紅卜卜好似好辣咁, 但食落又唔係好辣哦, 可能已經俾米線既辣cover 左。口水雞都幾滑, 幾好味。不過黎得呢到食, 預左坐得唔舒服, 好迫囉。
