餐牌異常「貪心」,除基本大排檔小炒外、火鍋、串燒、特色菜亦有做:等了20分鐘,「客家鹹雞(半隻)」$128先來。類近大陸吃到的走地鮮雞質素:皮薄、脂肪少、肉質實、有雞味,迎合港人口味,沒客家菜的恒常過鹹。吃了大半,追加一碟椒鹽鴨舌$148,漸漸另外兩味餸還沒來的意思,方意識到是一連串的等待⋯⋯陸陸續續不斷有不同枱的客入來室內廚房附近催單,亦有客半投訴半申訴大聲說冇侍應睬佢⋯⋯同時發現廚房有「儲單」傾向,夠三四枱點同一款菜先一次過落鑊。冬菇亭內串燒部同樣受客催促燒蠔、茄子。過多十五分鐘,來了碟「寡菜」——「鱔骨上湯時蔬菜」$108。鱔骨,會以為總會有些骨肉相連如三文魚骨吧,但來的活脫脫是單骨,肉都不留低一絲一毫,並且既沒經油炸變脆可嚼,亦已冇甚魚鮮味,全數只能噒兩噒好過冇就要回吐。所謂上湯也只是滾湯級數無啥鮮味,另一疑惑是,整碟除了鱔骨白菜,配菜如芹菜菇菌杞子甚至薑也沒一片一顆,感覺就是一味寒酸菜,但價格又反映不出來。繼續食住等,及至整碟雞入了胃按捺不住加入催單(椒鹽鴨舌)行列。又等了十五分鐘,首單的「沙白蜆蒸蛋$108」終於姍姍來遲。自煮蒸水蛋只要對好蛋汁加水份量,用熟水及蒸時在碟上加

繼續食住等,及至整碟雞入了胃按捺不住加入催單(椒鹽鴨舌)行列。又等了十五分鐘,首單的「沙白蜆蒸蛋$108」終於姍姍來遲。自煮蒸水蛋只要對好蛋汁加水份量,用熟水及蒸時在碟上加蓋就必滑,因此吃蒸蛋滑蛋沒孔沒老只能叫合格。蜆量比般豉椒炒要少一半,蜆肉還要縮水,另一呻笨之作。

接近尾聲時夥計擰頭通知「椒鹽鴨舌」炒唔到⋯⋯此餸由加單至通知已等了足45分鐘,本就打定輸數,只得埋單扣回。

來時6:30,去時8:15,發現亭外擺枱堪稱無孔不入,除自家舖有篷頂室外,大樹下、花槽邊都插旗式有食客盤據。全舖傾瀉式滿座疑似超出廚房出菜負荷⋯⋯
