$500 prix fixe menu 有6 個courses,平均水準高。頭盤Tian of lobster 開胃. White asparagus salad 材料新鮮,但略嫌配汁調味太濃。中點mushroom consomme 不過不失。Pasta with smoke eel 有驚喜-- 從未食過意大利鱔,味道跟中菜或日菜做法完全不同,與意大利粉配上剛好。不過,整晚的戲玉係個rack of lamb,羊肉入口即溶,廚師烤得不熟不生-- 正!最後個dessert尚算可以,沒太驚喜。建議該餐廳另覓new pastry chef.
