To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說最近喺香港仔返工,嗰頭食嚟食去都係茶餐廳,日日食茶記令我覺得有啲悶,於是喺機緣巧合底下比我搵到呢一間以湯飯同淮山麵做主打嘅餐廳,我就懷着可以食得平平哋又健康嘅心態入去試吓。開頭以為間餐廳剩係得湯飯食,但係入到去先發現原來都有唔少選擇。除咗湯飯,仲有米線同埋煲仔菜 。我同朋友都各自揀咗「湯飯DIY」,即係先任揀兩個餸,再揀一款菜,最後揀埋湯底同埋飯。《豬軟骨+雞扒+生菜+魚湯+三色飯》先講豬軟骨,炆得非常入味,重點係啲軟骨完全變成膠質,可見製作過程一點也不馬虎,炆足火候。雞扒就會連一個小煎pan一齊上菜,即叫即炸,塊雞扒好大件,啖啖肉,我個朋友都話食到好飽。魚湯湯底鮮味濃郁,一啲腥味都冇,雖然舖頭好似話唔落味精,不過飲完都係有少少口渴。《鯪魚肉+雞肉+生菜+魚湯+三色飯》至於我就叫咗個懶健康嘅配搭。靚魚肉嘅肉質唔算彈牙,但勝在冇碎骨,而且店舖特別加咗一啲陳皮落去。雖然我唔係咁鍾意食陳皮,但係加咗落去後的確別有一番風味。雞肉非常嫩滑,一啲都唔柴皮。將生菜同飯放喺魚湯入邊吸晒啲魚湯汁,真係令人忍唔住一口接一口。總括而言,鍾意食湯飯嘅一定要黎試吓,呢一間餐廳勝在餸菜選擇夠多,可以自由配搭,
