呢間餐廳開左大半年左右,我都黎過好幾次,每次都保持到食物水準,性價比高,所以都值得寫個食評做個紀錄!其中有幾款食物我每次黎都必叫的:1)燒白鱔 – 呢個絕對係頭號推介!首先唔係好多串燒店都有白鱔提供 (因為工序較多),就算有得食都唔係間間都好食,而呢間既白鱔除左肥美之外,個皮都係燒到脆卜卜~ 5粒星!!!2)安格斯牛肉沙律 – 我本身對沙律本身係一般般,但呢個就充滿驚喜!真係大大塊牛,仲要落足半個牛油果,再加埋個沙律汁,絕配!(份量仲要唔少)3)黑松露薯條 – 呢個薯條送酒一流,唔會好幼,最正就當然係個秘制黑松露芝士汁,前菜必點之選! 4)蒜燒茄子 – 如果鍾意重口味既話,呢個就絕對推介喇!勁大條既茄子,再加左蒜同孜然粉,性價比好高 ($58)。5)別問我是誰 – 呢個即係廚師發辦Omasake, 由大廚根據當日食材而決定,我去左幾次都有Order,暫時都未有重複過菜式,而且份量同食材感覺都高於價錢!(當晚去就係龍蝦汁大蝦扁意粉)總括黎講,所有食物都好滿意,而且店員同老闆服務都好好,又好傾,值得支持既小店!
