Margo 喺名單有一段時間,第五波疫情過後終於嚟試。一步入店,盡收眼內嘅粉紅色予人優雅感覺💕 餐廳分兩層,上層係飲酒地方所以午餐時段關閉,下層就有用餐及吧檯。午餐分為3道菜及4道菜連餐巾都是粉紅色💓點餐後先送上香草蒜蓉牛油,麵包及餅乾,好香好鬆軟😬開胃小食,一人有一粒🥰前菜選了Seasonal Salad ,上檯後侍應特別加上即刨芝士,感覺好高級😂 佢提醒芝士有少咸,但個人覺得還可以😌北海道帶子冷盤,帶子鮮甜及彈口,舖底的青蘋果絲令整體口感好清新😍主菜選了豬肉,只有三小片略嫌少了點。豬是經過16小時慢煮再雙面煎香,難怪肥膏部分都脆脆的而不覺油膩。伴菜的千層薯仔亦非常出色,質感100分。🤤甜品就是Apple Vanilla Tart…有點似apple crumble 的東西,份量很大所以對我很合適😂蘋果沾上焦香醬,恰到好處😍 蘋果下的千層酥有香濃牛油味,兩樣味道都非常配。
