To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早上處理完一些事情後，就好快已經係午市時間，餐廳大，座位多，但坐無虛位。快餐店講求效率，所以由叫餐，有座位，攞餐都好快。餐廳都有好多唔同種類食物，例如焗飯類、燒味類、無味精飯餸類，粉麵類。🎗️金湯酸菜魚配油揚(少辣)米線+熱奶茶 $64湯底酸味唔夠，🥲所以唔多似，辣味少少，魚肉肉質不過不失，油揚即是甜嘅油豆腐，會吸曬湯底味道，但味道唔多夾。奶茶茶味唔夠🫣，奶味重，整體唔夠香滑😮‍💨。撞啱午飯時間，人來人往，以午市來講，酸菜魚米線價錢都算貴。😶
