To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一路以來以為寫了這間餐廳的食評,但是好像找不到,所以今次再簡單寫一下。看圖識字看餐廳名字也知道是吃什麼為主,這裏的烤鴨不是着標準的北京烤鴨,它的鴨是比較細小的,比較其他餐廳或正宗的烤鴨感覺上只是中鴨。也由於是這個原因,烤鴨也不會十分油膩,肉質方面相反地會比較嫩滑,也相對Juicy。包皮方面雖然不是最正宗的,但是個人覺得很吸引。有咬口夠薄,不是那種乾身的。整個烤鴨Experience其實真的不錯,如果其他小菜的話,感覺上都是中規中矩沒有surprise的那種,所以如果到訪這間餐廳基本上都會主攻烤鴨。如果突然很想吃烤鴨的話,這間餐廳會是其中一間首選的考慮,因為分店多經濟實惠,可以當作街坊小菜去處理,不用勞師動眾去到乜乜樓都只是為了吃個烤鴨。(說起這間乜乜樓,出品其實已經不及以前,他們的烤鴨求求期期,感覺上有點兒主攻外國人為主,希望現在疫情期間沒有訪客來香港,他們可以改善。)今次和大麥生大麥太到訪,所以加多了一個炒飯,反而這個炒飯略有水準,飯炒得很乾身不油膩,不錯。
