上幾篇食評就介紹左石燒牛柳,今次就想同大家介紹一下位於銅鑼灣登龍街既「Steak Bar」。今次依間雖然價錢貴少少,但質素都相對地高,牛扒既做法都比較多元化,而每個set都會跟前菜、沙律同有飯素既飯。如果大家唔知揀咩好既話,可以問一問店員,佢地都會好細心同大家介紹。「吉列炸牛扒」($188):中意去日本既朋友仔對吉列炸牛扒一定唔會陌生,平時食吉列炸物自己最驚啲炸粉食果時同啲肉分開曬,但依間既吉列炸牛扒炸得唔錯,唔會散曬,牛肉係爐上面燒一陣已經食得,大家可以按自己喜好整熟啲或者生少少。牛扒本身牛味夠香,配埋牛油香味更濃烈👍🏻「牛吞拼薄切牛」($188):朋友仔中意食牛舌就叫左依個,話就話薄切,但其實份量都唔少,牛舌燒一燒燒到佢捲起左基本上就食得,薄得黎但係都仲會有種頗實既牛肉口感,加埋個醬汁係好食的。

「吉列炸牛扒」($188):
中意去日本既朋友仔對吉列炸牛扒一定唔會陌生,平時食吉列炸物自己最驚啲炸粉食果時同啲肉分開曬,但依間既吉列炸牛扒炸得唔錯,唔會散曬,牛肉係爐上面燒一陣已經食得,大家可以按自己喜好整熟啲或者生少少。牛扒本身牛味夠香,配埋牛油香味更濃烈👍🏻
