To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 纓红宴招待十分差,出菜十分慢,10:30,黎到,10:45叫可以上菜,當時只有幾枱客,更何況預計左,第一到菜係燒肉,居然要11:30先上,第二到菜11:55先到,問點解咁耐,就話黎緊,結果每道菜大約每25-30分鐘先出,本耐預計2個鐘內食完餐飯,12:30-1點走人,大部分人下午返工,點知食到大半左右,大部分人都趕住走先,最後生果要13:35先到,我地13:45左右先走,無諗過食圍菜會食3小時,我晤會再黎消費
