To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早幾年係紅磡返工，食過一次就返唔到轉頭，每次黎到紅磡都心思思想食，攪到試唔到其他好野食🙈🙈🙈每隔1、2個月都會返黎食一次，餐牌食物幾年都無轉過，而食物質素亦一直都維持到，真心正正正❤️本人係黑松露意粉迷，所以次次都叫黑松露海鮮意粉，用料足，份量多，配埋蘑菇湯真係超級正，但唯一缺點係呢度飲品麻麻，畢竟廚房細，好難樣樣都好🙈🙈另外，呢度好似係家庭式經營，時不時聽到佢地職員會嘈交，幾年都係咁😂😂😂推介黑松露海鮮意粉：食完都唔覺好漏蘑菇湯：足料，食到粒粒感打碎左既蘑菇
