朋友介紹去紅磡Sav Hotel 食中菜-紫荊閣,座位寬敞,有一家人食飯既大枱,又有同客傾生意既細枱。呢度最有特色係-叫化雞(乞衣雞), 當然一早預訂。坐低不久,雞先上,一車推出黎,店員可讓客人自己弄碎外殻, 用除仔扑左幾下,試試手感,之後比返店員。碎開後就聞到荷葉香味,店員用較剪剪開,啲骨焗到軟晒,切開隻雞裡面內有乾坤,有冬菇絲,紅棗作餡料,滲透入雞肉,成隻雞都好香。小菜叫了西蘭花炒花枝片$128,花枝片唔會韌,彈牙。再點了菠蘿咕嚕肉$98,外皮鬆化,個甜酸汁好醒胃。還點了香蔥淮香蝦$128,炸至脆口,香蔥味濃郁,蝦身有淮鹽香味,爽口。已好滿足之濟,店員還說會送上甜品,係海帶綠豆沙,加了海帶芽好幼滑,綠豆起沙。價錢唔算貴,以酒店級數,每人約$250。
