進食之前會席前火焰醬料及切開牛肉,配上馬鈴薯千層派、法國青豆和胡椒醬汁。

完美黃金超脆超薄酥皮
chicken mousse 有豐富的creamy 質地和鹹香的earthy flavour。
雞肝帶來濃郁及微甜味道,而蘑菇則增添了濃厚的鹹香。加上不同的herbs, 賦予它微妙的溫暖和複雜性
medium-rare beef tenderloin 好似牛油咁軟 ,鮮嫩多汁。
比例完美,每一口都食到不同的風味,又可以平衡和諧一致。
本來第一眼見到好大份,驚食唔晒。點知食到最後一口,先驚覺已經食完。

🥔馬鈴薯千層派 dauphinoise potatoes
呢個一上檯, 以為係西米布甸。點知一食就天為驚人, 內心尖叫(因為唔可以叫出聲,要優雅)。奶油味濃郁且帶有蒜香, 人間美味。我願意為呢道菜,再次回顧。
