扒王之王呢個名,我細細個就聽唔少,因為細個嘅時候成日會同屋企人去食,記憶中嘅扒王係好正嘅。點知大大下發現太子嗰間一早已經執咗,而家得返沙田呢一間。適逢呢一日去沙田做嘢,見到佢個大招牌,二話不說就入去回味下細個嘅味道。扒王不嬲都好多唔同嘅扒款,基本上想食咩種類都有,以前最鍾意食佢個鐵板牛柳,但係因為星期六鐵板牛柳嗰個餐比平日貴左成幾十蚊,貧窮嘅我覺得唔抵,所以揀咗一個星期六日同平日一樣價錢嘅set,感覺上抵啲~自選套餐可以揀一款前菜、餐包、餐湯、仲有甜品同嘢飲。價錢就視乎個主菜揀咩,我就揀咗扒王牛柳伴大蝦。先來餐包同餐湯。食過舊式扒房嘅朋友仔應該都知道呢啲扒房嘅白湯同普通嘅忌廉湯係好唔同。係稀得來又有種淡淡忌廉味,係佢哋獨有嘅味道。餐包配牛油,暖粒粒,不過不失。前菜我揀咗香煎法式鵝肝,鵝肝煎到好香,雖然細粒左少少,都夠攝牙縫嘅~主菜係扒王牛柳伴大蝦($165),隻蝦偏細少少,係用開邊蝦嘅做法同埋鋪滿蒜香,好入味同爽口彈牙。牛扒來講就保留着以前嘅水準,鬆軟得來有少少咬口,亦都有牛味,係以前嘅味道呀~最後個甜品係芒果芝士餅。呢隻芝士餅係出面應該好難搵,一望個樣就知係以前傳統果種芝士餅做法。依

最後個甜品係芒果芝士餅。呢隻芝士餅係出面應該好難搵,一望個樣就知係以前傳統果種芝士餅做法。依家啲芝士餅通常都係芝士凍餅上面鋪生果,呢隻芝士餅啲芒果係切成粒融入左係啲芝士餅度,每一啖都會咬到芝士同埋芒果粒,好好好好味!!!
