下班无事,来杭州酒家喝壶茶吧。研究了一会儿菜谱,果断要了几个招牌菜,东坡肉和螃蟹炒年糕,主食听人推荐了鳝糊虾面。东坡肉上来就勾起食欲了,摆放讲究,这道菜最后一道工序是蒸,要把之前被酒炖软烂的肉蒸透,蒸出油,蒸烂瘦肉,才能做到入口即化,肥而不腻。我对肉没有特别的偏好,但是这到菜会让你感慨做出了五花肉的精华。接下来是螃蟹炒年糕最后上来了鳝糊虾面鳝糊很脆,面汤浓郁,不过前两个菜口味重,导致最后的面放在这里只起到不过不失的效果了。吃饱以后斟一壶龙井,歇歇再起身
