To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六要返工真是令人頹,所以一放工即刻去尋找我的comfort food。我的comfort food 除了雲吞麵就是茶餐廳。今天選了後者,因為中午一杯救命茶對我相當重要。靈機一閃突然間記起灣仔有一間茶餐廳叫做「旺記茶室」有棉花一樣的炒蛋,於是要抱住去排隊的心態去試試。今日真係好好彩,零人龍可以直入。茶餐廳面積好細,坐得有啲迫夾,每人限是用餐30分鐘。我個人覺得冇問題因為食完就走冇必要喺度Hea咁耐,又阻住人哋做生意。餐廳只有早餐、午餐和茶餐。於是我點了一個午餐,有番茄湯午餐肉通粉, 3.6牛乳炒蛋和香麥厚多士。茶餐廳最犀利係乜,梗係效率夠快啦,我個炒蛋唔使3分鐘即到。炒蛋份量大約有一個拳頭大,睇落炒得多好夠滑。我將炒蛋切開一半見到時半凝固的狀態,再將它放在搽滿牛油的厚多士上,濃郁、滑溜的炒蛋和香脆的多士結合,就是最好味又令人滿足的貼地美食。吃到一半「番茄湯午餐肉通粉」亦送到我面前,番茄湯的顏色紅噹噹10分鮮艷,而且質感濃稠,相信加左唔少茄膏烹煮而成,但湯底唔覺有加入新鮮蕃茄,幸好味道還算香濃,沒有太人工化的蕃茄味道,午餐肉大大粒亦唔算好肥,連我這個挑食、怕肥的人亦接受到,但嫌通粉略欠

吃到一半「番茄湯午餐肉通粉」亦送到我面前,番茄湯的顏色紅噹噹10分鮮艷,而且質感濃稠,相信加左唔少茄膏烹煮而成,但湯底唔覺有加入新鮮蕃茄,幸好味道還算香濃,沒有太人工化的蕃茄味道,午餐肉大大粒亦唔算好肥,連我這個挑食、怕肥的人亦接受到,但嫌通粉略欠彈性。

見餐牌上的薑味奶茶心郁郁又想試,即管加$5睇下佢有幾夠薑先。

睇落同普通嘅奶茶冇乜分別,但一飲落去,姜的香味非常之出, 第一啖嘅感覺是帶輕微的苦味,但飲落去就覺得薑味好濃郁好突出但又唔會蓋過奶茶的原味,飲完成個人輕微發汗。
但也要看你接受薑味的程度而定,而我本人就10分喜歡。
