To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於不用排長龍就可以食到

打風過後，屋企附近好多舖頭都仲未開返，我就去咗呢條食街尋覓，見呢間上海菜餐廳有開😍之前都已經想食好耐，但係次次lunch嚟到，都排長龍，今日機會難得。我哋揀咗2款全日套餐:小食✨鎮江肴肉～啫喱狀嘅肴肉，肉質一絲絲，沾上鎮江香醋，在呢個口淡淡嘅打風日，食落感覺更開胃。主菜✨花雕醉雞和✨香菇烤麩～醉雞滑溜不肥膩，肉質入口嫩滑，酒香頗濃，如果份量再多啲就好了。烤麩屬涼菜，口味甜甜地，好有上海醬油風味，而且一啲都唔肥膩。兩者都配上菜飯，口感就更加清爽。我哋仲散叫咗一款✨菜肉雲吞配清湯上海麵，雲吞皮幾Q彈，餡料豐富，呢款上海麵滑得來，有少少似米線，唔錯👍

主菜
✨花雕醉雞和✨香菇烤麩
～醉雞滑溜不肥膩，肉質入口嫩滑，酒香頗濃，如果份量再多啲就好了。烤麩屬涼菜，口味甜甜地，好有上海醬油風味，而且一啲都唔肥膩。
兩者都配上菜飯，口感就更加清爽。
