To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

假期既第二日,約了父母及舅母表妹一起飲茶,由於前晚試過這裡的火鍋覺得唔錯,所以決定試埋點心。我諗係假日既關係,我地等左一小時才入座,點心選擇唔少,除左大路蝦餃外,還有一些新款點心,例如冬蟲夏草蒸千層腐皮﹑金紗米網腸﹑燒汁釀冬菇等,另外也有幾款特色小吃,如麻辣五寶﹑脆皮咖哩牛腩拼法包等。我們一行7人點了18款點心,如下:1. 蝦餃王- 一般2. 蝦籽燒賣- 一般3. 蠔皇叉燒包- 一般4. 熱辣辣叉燒餐包- 一般5. 鮑汁鳳爪- 一般6. 燒豬頸肉-叉燒做法,豬頸肉口感...但我會比較喜歡泰式做法多一點!7. 上湯鮮竹卷- 一般8. 四寶滑雞紮- 雞肉不會太肥,火腿及蟹柳好味!9. 野菌浸芥蘭-菜有點腍得滯。10. 燒鵝例牌- 一貫的好味!好厚肉,HK$78,抵!11. 北菇滑雞煲仔飯-濕左啲12. 金錢肚13. 黑椒牛柳粒- 有少少牛味,沒有過份用梳打粉醃,保留肉質口感,不錯!14. 金紗米網腸- 初時以為同鹹蛋黃有關,原來只是包著炸蝦膠,都好味!15. 韮王蝦腸- 正常16. 麻辣五寶- 有豬皮﹑豬腸﹑豬紅﹑豬肚﹑豆卜,少辣,味道一般。17. 燒汁釀冬菇- 魚肉幾好味,燒汁雖然較杰身
