擁有80多年歷史的Lawry’s The Prime Rib相信大家都不會感到陌生🤎 知道他們上個月推出了Deluxe Semi-Buffet Brunch ($498),每人可選一款主菜,而前菜、沙律和甜品都是以buffet形式供應,於是便開展了我的首訪🥩.餐廳裝修以紅色、金色為主調,典雅兼具氣派✨ 一坐下員工先為我們送上welcome drink,紅酒很不錯喔🍷Buffet bar 有沙律、海鮮、芝士、餐湯等供應,最特別莫過於每天不同的銀餐車廚師發辦,今天是牛仔骨和豬仔骨,也是無限量供應!🐽主菜當然要選最signature的特級燒牛肉!餐廳會推出特設的銀色不鏽鋼餐車,由大廚於客人面前即席分切燒牛肉,超有氣氛👨🏻‍🍳 燒牛肉肉質細嫩,比起傳統牛扒更軟更滑,加上Lawry’s的調味鹽,真的很好吃!另一個主菜波士頓龍蝦班尼迪蛋非常足料,大件又新鮮的龍蝦爽口多汁,而班尼迪蛋加上三文魚籽和波菜,味道充滿層次🦞最後以MÖVENPICK雪糕、蛋糕和餐茶作結,絕對是非常滿意的首訪🥰
