先嚟一個細嘅潮州四色拼盤,入面除咗有蝦棗同蟹棗之外,仲有油泡帶子同埋炸魚片頭。另一個頭盤就係掌翼滷水拼盤,兩個頭盤嘅味道都唔錯。跟住飲個湯,呢個燉湯好正,係螺頭石斛花旗參湯,滋潤得來好清熱。陳皮香蔥焗蠔砵係一個經典菜式,我都係第一次食,其實佢有啲似焗魚腸,不過魚腸就變成蠔仔,用陳皮去焗特別香。雖然呢個名叫做蘿蔔排骨春菜煲,不過大部份都係春菜,好好食,好少食到啲咁新鮮嘅春菜。豆豉麵醬欖角蒸沙包龍躉最有驚喜,佢個醬汁做得非常之好,香得來有層次感,尤其是個欖角非常好食。埋尾竟然嚟個糖醋麵真係俾佢殺個措手不及,味道好而且冇乜油。個糖水係桃膠蛋白杏仁茶,非常足料,好難識到啲咁有誠意嘅甜品。臨尾仲送個薑汁紅棗糕俾我哋食,再加埋功夫茶,真係一餐令人難忘嘅潮州菜。
