佳寧娜潮州菜, 這間老字號酒家矗立於灣仔告士打道 40 多年了, 我也曾到訪,  食物水準保持但欠些新意. 侍應安排座位後, 潮州茶, 小食及餐悼牌一起送上.   不過不失.滷水鵝片,   鵝片薄切排碟, 墊底有滷水豆腐, 鵝片用鹵水汁烹煮得入味,   肉質好一般, 墊底豆腐, 口感 OK.滷水豆腐豬肉卷, 一個很簡單的潮州菜, 無骨, 啖啖肉, 伴以潮州粥也不錯. 佳𡨴拿一品煲,  賣相吸引有花膠, 大蝦, 帶子, 冬菇,足料調味正, 這個菜係今個晚餐的焦點. 沙爹牛肉炒芥蘭, 牛肉大大塊, 肉質好但太稔, 沙爹味道美, 炒芥蘭好爽口.潮州蠔烙   這個菜太遜色,  蠔仔份量少又細,  蠔烙煎得不夠松化,  只可讚是少油膩感.可能我們不是常客, 招呼態度好一般.  食物價高質素比不上坊間好. continue reading

佳寧娜真係好多年都冇去過,難得屋企人有朋友約喺呢度飲茶,發覺佢嘅質素比之前好咗好多!嗰日星期日唔多人,叫咗蝦餃,叉燒腸,芋絲春卷,方魚蠔仔肉碎粥同埋椒鹽九肚魚。蝦餃蝦好新鮮非常彈牙,皮夠薄,唔會好厚腍啤啤叉燒腸出奇地好食!個粉漿調得好好,腸粉好滑,叉燒冇肥芋絲春卷芋絲春卷係我潮州點心嘅最愛!呢間都整得唔錯,調味好好,好友芋頭味!不過我嘅最愛都係之前賽馬車會嘅金朝閣,可惜佢哋已經關門大吉。方魚蠔仔肉碎粥蠔仔非常之新鮮,脹卜卜,真係好少已經食到咁好食嘅蠔仔粥,大推!椒鹽九肚魚呢個就真係比較遜色,炸得都幾乾,食唔出食緊九肚魚嘅口感。下次可以唔使叫。 continue reading

灣仔佳寧娜,43年的老字號,出名的城中富豪的飯堂,每天一到飯點,門口停的都是豪車!我也打卡15年了,重新裝修後依然品質保證,用料依然上乘,鹵水全鵝拼盤,鵝肝入口即化,脂香濃郁,鹵水很入味!推薦!香芋油鴨煲芋頭很粉無筋無渣,越嚼越香,正👍🏻煎鯧魚老字號佳寧娜的用料還是上乘的,這鯧魚肉差不多有一寸厚,煎的火候控制得非常好,外脆內滑多汁好好味😋!姜汁芥蘭芥蘭是精挑細選過的,選的都是嫩嫩的芥蘭心,姜粒很多! continue reading

好久沒有到訪佳寧娜晚飯,趁今天復活節假期首晚便來到這老字號,但實在令人失望看到餐牌已經覺得啲餸好貴,最平嗰個沙嗲牛肉芥蘭都要$180,味道一般-芥蘭老、牛肉拿得太淋,春蘿蔔排骨煲仲離譜,得四嚿蘿蔔四舊排骨。最差的是鹹菜豬肚湯鹹湯,根本鹹到入唔到口,一碗得兩片鹹菜、兩嚿豬肚,盛惠$100,個頭盤係牛腱$120得9片,唯一坐得幾舒服,應該唔會再幫襯 continue reading

先嚟一個細嘅潮州四色拼盤,入面除咗有蝦棗同蟹棗之外,仲有油泡帶子同埋炸魚片頭。另一個頭盤就係掌翼滷水拼盤,兩個頭盤嘅味道都唔錯。跟住飲個湯,呢個燉湯好正,係螺頭石斛花旗參湯,滋潤得來好清熱。陳皮香蔥焗蠔砵係一個經典菜式,我都係第一次食,其實佢有啲似焗魚腸,不過魚腸就變成蠔仔,用陳皮去焗特別香。雖然呢個名叫做蘿蔔排骨春菜煲,不過大部份都係春菜,好好食,好少食到啲咁新鮮嘅春菜。豆豉麵醬欖角蒸沙包龍躉最有驚喜,佢個醬汁做得非常之好,香得來有層次感,尤其是個欖角非常好食。埋尾竟然嚟個糖醋麵真係俾佢殺個措手不及,味道好而且冇乜油。個糖水係桃膠蛋白杏仁茶,非常足料,好難識到啲咁有誠意嘅甜品。臨尾仲送個薑汁紅棗糕俾我哋食,再加埋功夫茶,真係一餐令人難忘嘅潮州菜。 continue reading
