To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午四時多在會展看完旅遊展出來,外面又下大雨,近近地去了這間金記提早吃晚餐。兩人餐有湯,兩個小菜,一碟油菜,兩個白飯,兩杯餐飲,足夠飽肚。例湯,內有合掌瓜瘦肉,湯夠味道,又夠熱。新鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉,咕嚕肉炸得香脆可口,肉質淋滑,啖啖肉,菠蘿切大粒,甜中帶微酸,除了一般西椒、洋蔥作伴菜外,更特別是放了提子乾同炒,我喜愛吃提子乾,這種做法又很適合夏天吃,十分開胃。醬汁不過份,剛好掛上食材上。XO醬蝦球炒西蘭花,西蘭花賣相不佳,青青黃黃,幸好沒有破壞口感,西蘭花口感仍是爽脆。蝦球有五隻,肉質彈牙。蠔油焯菜芯,菜芯嫩綠可口。熱奶茶,夠港式,入口醇滑,茶味香濃,茶杯又夠創意。不錯。
