人人都話食泰國菜一定要九龍城,因為呢度夠集中,橫掃幾條街每條街都至少都有一兩間多的仲五六間咁多添,有時真係唔知道食邊間先好,而且每間都有佢招牌菜式,真係唔知如何入手,而且價錢都有D分別,是日朋友帶咗我去呢間鱷魚泰國餐廳開飯係門口已見消費滿$200就可以係5款菜式中選擇其中一款,咁又幾抵食今餐菜式由朋友做主拍板,先來叫咗冬陰公湯(細),熱辣辣冬陰公已聞到香濃味道,整碗湯呈現鮮紅色,材料包括有海蝦,貝殼類等同埋其他香料一齊煮成,入口酸酸辣辣越飲越開胃仲幾鮮甜其後係咖哩軟殼蟹脆包盅,香脆麵包蓋住香濃咖哩汁配上軟殼蟹肉,輕輕切開麵包面層已見咖哩汁慢慢滲透出來,再將麵包切成一小塊再沾上香濃咖哩,入口麵包鬆脆汁而香甜不辣,而軟殼蟹肉肉質鮮嫩爽口,梗直完美配搭再來係香茅雞翼,雞翼表面金黃香脆,入口肉質外脆內裏嫩滑,而香茅亦相當入味,再點埋開胃辣汁食得滋味食咗咁耐都要點番杯特色飲品降降火,叫咗椰青沙冰,入口香甜又冰涼真解渴一路食住之際又到甜出場要咗椰汁西米糕拼千層糕拼大菜糕,雖然係簡單甜品,但咁先食到正宗泰式風味,是晚食得滿足又開心
