今日星期六下就收工後約朋友去九龍城食泰國野,見呢間之前d評估都唔錯好多野都好想食所以就去試試,可能係晏就時間喇~所以去到時餐廳一個客都冇,老闆人好好佢d小朋友都喺舖頭,好家庭feel,朋友未到我等住先老闆都冇催落單仲好好態度,朋友未到時我先叫住兩道菜先⋯⋯分別係小鳥等愛同青檸辣椒明盧烏頭魚先,等朋友黎到我哋再叫柚子沙律同蛋網蝦球金邊粉。上菜有d慢,我諗應該係即叫即整🤣因爲都冇其他客,不過無耐就有對情侶客黎咗喇先黎小鳥等愛,前面個d白色嘅裝飾係花生,雀仔頭係薯蓉做嘅冇味嘅都幾難食,雀身係蝦,味道一般第二道係蛋網蝦球金邊粉⋯⋯味道比較咸!感覺一般。第三道先出條魚,味道就淡咗d不過都幾好味𠵱~味柚子沙律咁耐未有嘅?原來漏咗單🙈最後我哋都係取消咗呢個沙律,已經唔係多客架喇~咁都會漏單,不過算喇~老闆嘅態度都幾好

其實我都係泰國菜常客 ~ 有食開指定幾間, 屋企人話想試新野, 就嚮網上搵資料 , 呢間好似唔錯, 點知真心覺得係伏....小插曲 : 去到餐廳就先去個廁所 , 點知佢個廁所門門鼓壞, 夾親我手指, 我果刻除左痛, 第一樣諗既野就係: 會唔會D野唔好食....先來個蝦餅, 油係有小許油益味 , 都算, 蝦餅有蝦味, 但係粉架....大佬 , 我從來未食過蝦餅係咁差, 隔離檯都有叫, 我見到佢地個反應都係瞬間變臉....再來炒粉, 冇味....咖哩炒大蜆 , 先講個汁 , 真心難食到爆, 根本就係一個芡....糊仔咁 , 真心差到一個點, 夾起第一隻蜆, 肉呢....第2隻又冇....再搵下...得幾粒肉仔,  蜆好多, 肉好細, 仲要唔係CHI住個壳....好懷疑係後期加工, 最後都決定要退至於其他食物不提了, 只屬好一般....仲有, 其實泰國小店好小會加1服務費, 究竟點解要加1 ?

懶得weekend 放假,就同男朋友去九龍城塭好野食🤩我哋本身冇諗住食泰國嘢,不過經過呢間好評都幾多嘅泰國餐廳就決定試吓佢啦😀我哋一坐低就嗌咗碟生蝦,好鮮甜,不過咪住,生蝦最緊要係個汁,呢間個醬汁又唔會好辣,啱啱好,唔似得出面有啲餐廳,個生蝦汁辣到物咁,食咗一兩只夠已經唔想食。食完我哋仲encore添之後個椰青,真係好正,因為好甜輪到個辣椒膏炒蜆,啲蜆都幾大隻,洗得幾乾淨,無沙。個辣汁有辣味得來都不是太辣最後嚟到香茅烤烏頭魚,其實我本來比較少食烤烏頭,通常食開明爐煮。不過男朋友說烤仲好味,就試下啦。本來以為烤會好熱氣,點知完全冇呢種感覺。條魚燒得啱啱好唔會老,點埋個汁就prefect 啦!其實個烤魚皮都好食架,大家可以試下我哋食得好開心呀,下次會再黎的

炒蜆一向係我最愛,呢度嘅辣椒膏味道濃郁,辣勁十足,唔會太稀身,鐘意嘅可以沾上薄餅或者點蒜蓉包送汁都不錯。

咖喱方面例牌有黃、紅、綠咖喱,仲有呢款比較少見嘅噴靚咖喱,比起黎會多一份椰汁味道,較為溫和,辣度唔高。

昨天去樂富掃墓,然後和家人步行到九龍城吃午餐。去九龍城就當然去吃泰國菜啦。我們大約一點半到埗,等了20-25分鐘。這家店挺經濟實惠又美味。星期日一家四口食四個午餐,加一個炸蝦餅包皮蛋再加一碟炒馬拉盞,盛惠$379,每人$95咋!去吃泰國菜不能不點Pad thai! 這店的泰式炒金邊粉跟豬頸肉撈金邊粉賣相雖不精美,但勝在大碟夾抵食!我和哥哥點了金邊粉,爸媽則點了飯。爸爸點的海南雞飯,另送冬瓜湯;雞是香滑的,但我略嫌油飯不夠香。媽媽點的是黃咖哩牛肉飯。黃咖哩一點也不辣,內有青椒、紅椒、洋蔥和煮得軟稔的牛肉,送飯一流。炒馬拉盞不過不失;最印象深刻的菜式是炸蝦餅包皮蛋。本身皮蛋的口感層次已經十分特別:核心呈軟心,外圍是啫喱口感。現在再加上外表香脆、內裡彈牙的蝦膠,配上開胃醒神的酸甜醬,整個味道和口感層次都非常豐富👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
