To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嚟到東涌探朋友,晚餐唔想主人家又煮又洗咁大陣仗,一於落樓下搵食醫肚!呢度嘅餐廳選擇唔多,我哋決定食呢間好多分店嘅連鎖餐廳,貪佢環境闊度,又冇乜人,可以密密針!晚市餐牌嘅選擇偏少,款式都係偏向西式為主,我叫咗個芝士咖喱薯仔焗牛腩飯,跟餐嗌多杯凍檸茶。咖喱味都幾濃,食得出落咗好多種唔同嘅香料,牛腩炆得好入味,唔係一般大家樂大快活嗰種咖喱。而且咖喱入面嘅薯仔好香,應該有微微煎過先再一齊煮,唔係就咁揼落去炆。凍檸茶幾特別,應該係將個檸檬絞碎再沖茶,唔係一般見到杯茶上面有幾片檸檬俾你篤嗰種。整體不過不失,正常發揮,符合價錢同CP值。
