To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係我同老公嘅結婚周年，平時行開大圍見到有間西餐情調都唔錯，咁重要嘅日子即刻打電話去訂枱。呢度嘅環境有少少似英式工業風，仲掛咗好多酒杯出嚟好啱傾偈。平時上OpenRice睇食家推薦嘅都係食海鮮，一坐低侍應就俾咗個新嘅餐牌我哋。我哋今日叫咗龍蝦湯做頭盤再加幾樣小食。嘩！個龍蝦湯真係有一大隻龍蝦係面㗎，仲要味道好濃郁而帶子就有三粒開半，mix咗少少辣味好開胃主菜我哋叫咗美國豬扒，意粉同埋燴羊膝。OMG!!!!! 個羊係八成熟，見到肉仲係有少少粉紅色，一啲蘇味都無，勁juicy
