由細到大都聽過很多鼎鼎大名炮製鮑魚的名廚,有殿堂級師傅,也有師父下面的大徒弟,也有在名店出身的師傅級人馬,在外面開了餐館,個個都話自己的鮑魚怎樣超班,怎樣了得,之前在銅鑼灣試過富豪的溏心鮑魚,真係一試難忘,但係套餐份量超級少。今次是慶祝結婚週年的晚飯,「阿一」係殿堂級的吃鮑魚飯店,晚飯套餐由每位五百元起至二千都有,我們選擇了八百元的套餐,可能都是比較平價的套餐,所以真係一分錢一分貨。餐廳的地方寬敞環境一流,尖沙咀的觀景亦是餐廳的賣點之一,服務也細心體貼。
