To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 由細到大都聽過很多鼎鼎大名炮製鮑魚的名廚，有殿堂級師傅，也有師父下面的大徒弟，也有在名店出身的師傅級人馬，在外面開了餐館，個個都話自己的鮑魚怎樣超班，怎樣了得，之前在銅鑼灣試過富豪的溏心鮑魚，真係一試難忘，但係套餐份量超級少。今次是慶祝結婚週年的晚飯，「阿一」係殿堂級的吃鮑魚飯店，晚飯套餐由每位五百元起至二千都有，我們選擇了八百元的套餐，可能都是比較平價的套餐，所以真係一分錢一分貨。餐廳的地方寬敞環境一流，尖沙咀的觀景亦是餐廳的賣點之一，服務也細心體貼。
