有一日,老公突然話約我食飯,仲話係結婚2000日。我即刻上網搵啲特別嘅餐廳,見到燒肉Omakase幾吸引就打去book。呢間餐廳有兩個時段:6:00至7:30 ;8:00-9:30。我覺得好難book,早咗一個月book,都只係得返6至7:30呢個時段。去到日本餐廳,服務就梗係好好啦,食物當然都好有質素。我哋叫咗中等價錢嘅和牛Omakase,即係premium cut。當晚嘅頭盤係和牛壽司,要額外加錢,但都係幾十蚊,好食!頭一款和牛,師傅會示範點樣燒,之後佢就會話畀你聽每一款肉要燒幾多秒同埋點咩醬料,真係好好味最吸引嘅係最後嗰款,就係燒完塊和牛,加落隻生雞蛋度, mix埋一齊食,Oishi😋
