To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 侍應會細心介紹返每款壽司係咩名,包括今晚廚師長推介嘅鱆紅魚、仲有金目鯛、深海池魚、左口魚、鯛魚、吞拿魚、油金魚、帶子、甜蝦等等............

飯嘅份量唔會太多,師傅手握力度唔錯,唔會一夾即散又或者太死實

由於日藉師傅對於加入飯嘅醋比例有堅持,為左食到醋嘅味道,因此建議客人用薑片點少少豉油,然後再"HI"一"HI"係件食材上,再加少少自己磨芥末係上面,一件放入口,就可以食到每種味道!
