今次嚟到羲和雅苑品嚐被老友高度推介的北京填鴨, 果然呢度北京填鴨的質素一流。成隻鴨分開鴨胸皮, 鴨胸肉, 及鴨腿肉三種食法。鴨胸皮配藍梅醬及爆炸糖的食法很特別, 鴨胸皮的脂肪在咬一口之後湧進口腔的口感也很不錯。不過個人都係鍾意傳統食法, 呢度加有山楂條, 都好好味。除了填鴨之外, 特別欣賞的菜式還有韮香鷄, 金沙鮮魷魚, 和蒜蓉粉絲蒸娃娃菜。老北京懶龍個名好得意, 原來是一長型包, 有點似又燒包。其他菜式如四川水煮魚, 牛油蝦球伊麵都很不錯。
