椰皇花膠燉雞湯係全晚最鍾意嘅菜式。湯底清甜,椰子香味勁濃郁,飲完後感覺好滋潤。


片皮鴨有三種食法,第一種食法用鴨皮配爆炸糖,第二種係鴨胸肉配黃芥末,而第三種就係傳統食法。烤鴨皮脆肉嫩,配上特製嘅甜麵醬同青瓜,再卷住薄餅食,每一口都可以感受到烤鴨嘅油香,同時又唔會覺得油膩,好食。


張氏獅子頭大大粒,肉質鬆軟,配上濃郁嘅湯汁,每一口都充滿咗肉香。餐廳知道獅子頭嘅味道比較濃,所以好貼心咁樣配咗一小碗白飯俾我哋,呢一個服務真係要讚一讚。

看到openrice有優惠券購買,於是預定,進來入座時也問好服務員,有關預定與現金券使用是否現在要報備,工作人員說可以的,在買單時根據金額收銀員會幫我們計算好,這樣不會多買現金券,一切都沒問題;結果買單時,工作人員說經過Openrice就不能用券優惠⋯我問她那經過Openrice預定不能用券,是因為給了我們什麼特別優惠嗎?工作人員說送了4顆小甜品,在這裏我想吐槽,如果大家嘗試了,就一定會知道送的預定贈送甜品,實在難吃,第一次必須花時間吐槽這家,雖然4人餐1800多不算貴,但是這樣的體驗真不愉快!

最近去咗間中菜館羲和雅苑,私隱度高,連個茶都係係桂花烏龍茶,飲落清香溫潤🍵佢係一間北京菜館,主打片皮烤鴨,但好可惜當日個爐維修食唔到佢哋嘅招牌菜而留下些少違憾。於是乎叫咗黃扒魚肚,啲魚肚肥厚彈牙,燜煮到入味,每一啖都係滿滿嘅膠質,配埋濃郁嘅上湯,簡直係極品享受!😋一品賽蟹黃個蟹黃醬香濃得嚟又唔會太漏,食落層次感十足!至於宮保帶子就炒得香脆夠鑊氣,帶子新鮮彈牙,配埋香脆花生,香辣開胃🙂‍↕️京式小籠包偏細隻但依然皮薄餡靚,一啖咬落湯汁四溢,個餡料多汁!最後嗰個籠仔櫻花蝦海味蒸飯都ok,海味香氣撲鼻,完美收官!✨
