To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

超難得早上有得放，下晝先番工。於是就硬拉阿媽去天后食食食。首先去華姐度食清湯腩。去到時兩點半，人不算多。要咗坑腩同崩砂腩 + 腩汁蘿蔔。兩種腩都好正，又夠淋，絕不黐牙。崩砂腩就帶點肥，也有些筋膜位，肥位好甘香；坑腩就較瘦，比崩砂腩更淋，牛肉味濃。蘿蔔清甜，但就唔多覺有腩汁味。華姐都座陣店裡，不過就顧住睇真情。
