之前就有bookmark呢間omakase,因為見到種類多又特別,今日終於食到開頭嘅前菜有野菜同埋沖繩水雲,清新又開胃。雪魚湯白子加埋一味粉同蔥花,魚湯香濃,白子鮮嫩入口即化,好特別!之後就係岩手生蠔,配三文魚子同自家製醋同柚子,蠔鮮甜,同三文魚子嘅鹹香好搭,再加上自家製醋同柚子嘅酸爽,好好食。食完生蠔就到刺身我比較鐘意既有池魚細切,配沖繩炸蒜、京蔥同豬果,令味道更豐富。其中比較特別既係佢既一道聖誕菜色,用最中餅配安康魚肝,加上福岡士多啤梨同淡雪鹽,睇落就好有聖誕落雪既感覺仲有金鯛立麟燒同分子料理南瓜湯球,第一次食分子料理,一咬啲湯就係口入面爆開,聽師傅講呢道菜佢地都諗左幾個月另外雙色拖羅手捲都幾特別,每道菜都唔會令人失望,完全感受到師傳既心機最後,甜品有水玄蕨餅加碟豆花汁,會由藍色變成粉紅色,睇得又食得呢到每一款菜式都充滿大廚嘅用心同創意,野食又好食,好想再試下一個menu

我比較鐘意既有池魚細切,配沖繩炸蒜、京蔥同豬果,令味道更豐富。
